Returns & Refunds Policy

At The Last Chapter 3D, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains your rights and our returns process.

Your Right to Cancel

If you have purchased a standard (non-customised) product, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods in accordance with UK consumer law.

You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Returned items must be:

Unused.
In their original condition.
Returned with all original packaging where possible.

Custom & Personalised Products

Many of our products are made to order or personalised using 3D printing.

Under UK consumer law, personalised or custom-made products cannot normally be cancelled or returned unless they are:

Faulty.
Damaged on arrival.
Not as described.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number.
A description of the problem.
Photographs of the item and packaging where possible.

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement, repair or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method as soon as possible.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take several working days to process the refund.

Return Postage

If you are returning an item because it is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will reimburse reasonable return postage costs where appropriate.

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless otherwise agreed.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

We cannot accept returns for:

Custom-made or personalised products (unless faulty).
Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or accidental damage.
Items returned outside the applicable return period without prior agreement.
