We specialise in the sale of 3D printed products, accessories and related items.
2. Using Our Website
By using this website you confirm that:

- You will not use this website for any unlawful purpose.
- You will not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website.
3. Products
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, photographs and prices are accurate.
Because many of our products are manufactured using 3D printing:
- Minor surface marks and layer lines are a normal part of the manufacturing process.
- Colours may vary slightly between production batches.
- Dimensions may vary within normal manufacturing tolerances.
Product images are provided for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the finished item.
4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).
If we are not VAT registered, prices do not include VAT.
Prices may change without notice.
5. Orders
After placing an order you will receive an email confirming that we have received it.
This confirmation does not mean your order has been accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of:
- Incorrect pricing
- Product availability
- Payment issues
- Suspected fraud
If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued.
6. Payment
Payments are processed securely using Stripe.
We do not store your payment card details.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are normally dispatched as quickly as possible after payment has been received.
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.
8. Returns & Refunds
Your statutory rights are not affected.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs where possible.
9. Custom Products
Personalised or custom-made products cannot normally be cancelled or returned unless they are faulty or not as described.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, including logos, photographs, graphics, product descriptions and website design remains the property of 3DPT unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied or reproduced without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3DPT shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or products purchased from it.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted by law.
