We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible while ensuring every item meets our quality standards.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Many of our products are made using 3D printing. During busy periods or for made-to-order items, processing times may occasionally be longer.

If we expect a significant delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Orders are normally shipped using Royal Mail or another suitable delivery service.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order.

Any free delivery offers will be shown during checkout where applicable.

Where a tracked delivery service is used, tracking details will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us and we will work with the delivery provider to investigate.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
